Who We Are

William “Buzz” Lance
Buzz Lance is our lead travel consultant who lives in Ft Wayne, Indiana. He enjoys spending time at the beach and exploring the Gulf Coast of Alabama. Mr. Lance attended college in Southern California and received a Master’s Degree from Milligan College in Johnson City, Tennessee. He is an award-winning teacher and was a school administrator for 15 years. Over the last twenty years, he has designed multiple academic trips and has traveled with hundreds of students throughout the United States and Central America.

Susan Nay
Susan Nay is our travel coordinator, lives in Austin, Texas, and is a mom of two boys. Susan loves to create memories through education and travel. There is always something to learn and somewhere to go! Her relationships with our travel partners and guides are key to an unforgettable trip for groups. She loves working with teachers to help them achieve a phenomenal trip.

Lucas Lance
Lucas Lance our home school travel consultant lives in Palmer, Alaska. He and his wife homeschool their four boys and are active in the homeschool community. He is an avid outdoorsman and an accomplished custom knifemaker. As the President of the Greatland Christian Camp Association and a Trail Life troop leader, he spends a tremendous amount of time creating dynamic learning experiences for children.
