The world as a classroom

Home school families have a unique opportunity to teach their students in a hands on, experiential model. Parents often times take their students to local museums, historical locations or to local experts. Our Heritage Tours uses this same approach to create tours specifically for groups of home school families.

Working with parents we can design a tour along the East Coast that encompasses a broad spectrum of learning. We have also created trips for home school groups to specific cities around a common theme. For example our technology/engineering trip to Seattle included a tour of Boeing, Amazon, Microsoft and the University of Washington Robotics Lab. This was specifically developed for a home school group from Alaska.
